ReplyDeleteYou seem to think that smoking is danger to ships and having smoking bars is an inconvenience to other passengers. How so?
Firstly, name me one ship that has ever been put in danger by smoking?
Secondly, how is a smoking bar inconvenient to you? lt's a smoking bar and therefore smokers will be in it. lt will only effect you if you go in it but why should a non-smoker go in a smoking bar.
You did see the pics of the smoking bar onboard the Holland America Line Westerdam did you not? Did there seem any danger? anyone inconvenienced?
And may l remind you that when you talk of comfort and facilities onboard your ferries, ships like the Westerdam are far far superior.
In actual fact one would be hard pressed to even know the smoking bar aboard the Westerdam is a smoking bar due to the outstanding air purification system installed. The air is probably cleaner than your ferries but you probably don't want to know that ... or even accept it.
